Quinta do Lago is probably the most exclusive resort in the whole of Portugal. It is a pristine development of championship golf courses interspersed with privately-owned luxury villas and select five-star hotels, all leading down to the coastal nature reserve and rolling, uncrowded beaches and dunes.

Because they are all privately owned, our villas in Quinta do Lago are all different, reflecting the individual tastes of their owners from traditional Algarvian to ultra modern. All have private pools, many of which are heated, and all are maintained to the highest standards.

Quinta do Lago is set at one of the points in the ‘golden triangle’, an area spreading from the town of Almancil and encompassing the coastal resorts of Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas, Vale do Garrao, Quinta Jacintina, Quinta Verde, Varandas do Lago, Quinta do Mar, Quinta das Salinas, Pinheiros Altos and Valverde.

The whole area is a progressive development in pine woodland, all leading down to dunes and beaches. Some of our luxury villas are located within these developments, whilst others are set individual plots surrounded by pine trees and many with views across the nature reserve or golf fairways.
